For local businesses

How to get listed.

Discover St. Albert welcomes listing requests from local businesses, organizations, and services. The directory is editorially curated, and every request follows the same editorial review for clear local fit and useful public details.

1. Free basic listing

Share the essentials

Submit the essentials for a possible directory listing: what you do, where you serve, and where readers can find your current public information. There is no charge to submit or be considered for a basic listing, subject to written owner authorization and editorial review.

Submission is free. Publication is decided through editorial review and is not guaranteed.

3. Optional visibility upgrade

Highlighted

Highlighted Listing · $20/month

A Highlighted Listing receives more prominent placement in the directory. It does not guarantee endorsement, ratings, or claims that cannot be supported by the business.

Payment does not change editorial review. Highlighted placement does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, reviews, editorial coverage, or any particular result.

Limited founding-partner pilot

A complimentary first 30 days, by invitation and approval.

A small number of owner-authorized local businesses may be invited to try a Founding Highlight for their first 30 days. It is a complimentary pilot, not a purchase, and it does not affect whether a listing meets our editorial standards.

No obligation

We need clear owner or authorized-representative approval before a pilot can begin. Editorial review still applies, and publication is never guaranteed.

There is no obligation to continue. After the pilot ends, a business can simply return to a standard listing or opt into the existing $20/month Highlighted Listing checkout.

Founding Highlight placement is a visibility label only. It does not signal an endorsement, rating, recommendation, or any guaranteed result.

2. Editorial review

Clear, current details come before publication.

We review available official sources, the public details supplied with a request, and any owner-authorized updates. We may ask for clarification, edit for clarity, or wait to publish when details are incomplete.
